Do I need an account to make purchases?

No, there are no obligations to set up an account with us. However, it is advisable to set one up as it can save your personal and shipping details for your subsequent purchases and track your orders.

How do I make an order?

It’s simple! First, select your desired item, and choose your preferred range, size, and quantity. Add your item(s) to your cart. Once you are done shopping, click the shopping cart icon on the top right corner. Check you information and enter your preferred delivery option before checking out. Next, enter your personal details and shipping address before finally making your payment and completing your order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, so just sit back, relax and wait for your order to arrive!

How do I use my discount code or a cash voucher?

Simply enter your discount code or a cash voucher reference number at the right column bar of our payment page before processing your payment.

Can I cancel my order after confirmed?

Unfortunately orders made cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. This includes changing of shipping address.

What are the delivery methods?

We offer a standard courier service that will deliver directly to your doorstep within 1 -3 days of confirming your order.

Can I collect my order?

We ship to West Malaysia but will be expanding our services to ensure you are able to own a MECS piece no matter where you are.

Do you deliver on weekends?
