Return Policy

We pride ourselves in our standards and quality, ensuring each piece is inspected meticulously from production to packaging and delivery processes.  We believe you deserve the best and we strive to meet your expectations.

You can choose one of the following return options:

  • We will only accept returns if they fulfill the following criteria:
    • Returned within 14 days of receiving your original order
    • All returned items has to be in its original condition with the attached original tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
    • Item is not a sale item or purchased with a promotional code or cash voucher
    • Returned in MECS original packaging.
    • Returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Item has not been exchanged before.

    1. All returned parcels are to reach us within 10 business days of dispatch date or 20 business days for international orders
    2. All returned items are to be mailed back to us, with delivery charges paid by you. Delivery charges are non-refundable. All items are under your responsibility during the mailing process until it reaches our office. We will not be liable for loss mail or damaged items and we highly recommend tracking all postal packages
    3. All items are inspected upon return. Items that do not fulfill all the above conditions will be rejected and returned back to you, with possible shipping charges bore by you
    4. If you are requesting for a refund, the initial delivery charge will not be refunded. Refunds will be in the form of a cash voucher that is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and is strictly not refundable, not exchangeable for cash and not eligible for extension
    5. Exchanges are only valid for a different size and/or colour of the same design. If in the event your requested exchange item is sold out, we will refund the cost of the item as part of a cash voucher to you.
